Los Tigres del Norte EagleBank Arena Concert reviews
Amateur performance from title character!!
Los Tigres del Norte and new set designs were absolutely fantastic, but the supporting cast was a major letdown. Cooper Grodin's singing was top-notch, and his "acting" was reminiscent of a high school play. Some scenes were a delight to watch, while others left us cringing. The original stage settings were far more impressive than the strange new ones. During the masquerade scene, I experienced a bizarre moment when a spotlight hit me in the eye from the background mirror while seated in the 5th row! Is this how they show appreciation for 5th-row ticket holders? We've been loyal attendees of this show since its inception in '86, and this new iteration falls short in comparison to the previous productions.
